Our simulators are in operation 24-hours a day, seven days a week. The current reliability figure for our training devices is 99.8%. Our maintenance team is always on 24-hour call.

Experience gathered in training and flight operations is also a fundamental contributor to the expertise of our maintenance teams. Our technicians and engineers have additional qualifications gained in extensive training courses held by simulator manufacturers, and just like our pilots, have been instructed in the use and functions of all aircraft cockpit systems. In this way, we can ensure that both pilots and technical teams speak the same language and can work together as an ideal team in all aspects of flight operations.
In addition to servicing, our maintenance technicians are also responsible for the further development of simulator software. Our maintenance technicians upload and integrate new modules such as Multiple Weather Operations or Malfunctions, new training scenarios and fully-automated training sessions into existing software packages.
