Further Human Factors Training
This training course is designed for instructors who are to implement quality assurance measures (supervision) as regards other instructors. The training focuses on observing behavior and providing feedback. The training is highly practice-based and is characterized by a large proportion of practical situations.
This license-relevant four-day CRM instructor training course is aimed at future human factors instructors and moderators (cabin and cockpit employees).
In addition to educational and psychological content, this seminar offers the opportunity to try being a moderator. Over the course of the four days, the participants will regularly give and receive feedback and will continually reflect on their own strengths and areas for development. The seminar can be booked completely for groups or for individual participants.
