This exchange also forms the basis for discussion on the topic of leadership outside the cockpit and communication at interfaces.
This two-day seminar is the third module in the LCC series. The core element of the training is a simulation game that offers the opportunity to experience and practice leadership in complex and dynamic situations, using a specially developed soft-skill leadership simulator. The participants take on various team roles in order to experience leadership from different perspectives.
The fourth module in the LCC series is primarily designed to strengthen personal skills, in particular with regard to increased responsibility as senior first officer (SFO). The participants analyze their leadership behavior, work on dealing with conflicts, and improve their abilities in employee motivation. The seminar can be used as a license-relevant seminar in the process of becoming an SFO.
