Crew Resource Management Training

Crew resource management training (CRM training) is required by EASA as a compulsory annual training module for pilots. The aims are to achieve optimal use of all human resources in the cockpit, to improve crew communication, and to standardize work flows and processes. The main focus of all CRM training is on increasing safety when flying.

CRM initial training is designed for prospective first officers or for pilots who are changing operators. It is legally required and covers all content stipulated by EASA. As well as CRM foundations, participants also learn strategies for dealing with potential heavy workloads and coping with difficulties and conflicts within their team. The seminar can be booked completely for groups or for individual participants.

There are still individual spots available for this training session.
